Launched in 2015, TravelGyaan comes up with innovative concept for the Indian Travel Agents to identify the best B2B solutions to conduct seamless business. TravelGyaan Virtual Events, a new concept introduced by TravelGyaan focuses on virtual exhibitions, trade shows, roadshows etc where the attendees can discuss business virtually with the exhibitors from around the world. This will be an altogether new experience for the attendee as well as the exhibitor.
On 15th and 16th of July, TravelGyaan conducted India’s first ever virtual roadshow – ILVC (India Luxury Virtual Expo) organised jointly by Tourism Authority of Thailand and BrandIt. The roadshow had 27 Luxury Hotel Partners from Thailand who connected with the travel agents from key metro cities in India. The virtual roadshow covered video meetings in Round Robin Format for One-to-one and One-to-Many meetings which were pre-scheduled. It was encouraging to find a lot of travel agents participating in the virtual roadshow with the same enthusiasm if they were to attend a physical roadshow.

TravelGyaan had launched VTM2020 (Virtual Travel Mart) on 15th & 16th September 2020. VTM2020’s aim was to kick-start an initiative to rebuild travel. The expo witnessed 900+ buyers from across India and 30+ exhibitors from across the globe under one platform. The exhibition ensured effective communication between attendees and exhibitors efficiently. The virtual exhibition covered One-to-One and One-to-Many meetings. With multiple features like pre-setting appointments to customizing a virtual booth with the brand’s look and feel, the exhibitor was able to create an experience similar to a physical exhibition. Attendees could download marketing collaterals, watch webinars, talk shows, panel discussions etc. Overall, VTM2020 received an overwhelming response from the exhibitors as well as the buyers.
